A free program that converts CHM files to HTML.

With CHM Encoder you can decompile HTML help files (which have the .chm extension). The program extracts all the HTML source files in a separate folder, and optionally generates a browsing tree in Java. CHM Encoder is very useful if you want to convert HTML and CHM files, for example to publish them on a website or to view pages in other devices that don't support the .CHM format of these files. It also lets you use it via the command line, and you can do batch processing.
